In a few days and a few pushes on the pedals you’ll see a variety of landscapes roll by, which perhaps you never knew existed, forests of hundred year old trees, endless plateaux that let you glimpse the Massif of Sancy, lakes imagined by monks and views of our old eroded volcano, valleys fashioned by glaciers.
Jean-Claude (english speaking), a qualified mountain bike guide, will guide you through these landscapes, that he has known like the back of his hand, since his earliest days. He has conceived the programme below (a maximum 5 hours of cycling) for you but will adapt it to your level and your expectations.
PROGRAMME (depending on the weather) :
- Friday : welcome drink, dinner and presentations
- Saturday : the forest of Pinatelle and the Lac du Pêcher (40 kms – about 500 m of ascent)
- Sunday : the planeze of SAINT FLOUR (35 kms – about 600 m of ascent)
